💬 Why I Love Quotes (and Why I Paired Them with Jewellery)

Let’s just get this out of the way:
I love quotes.
Big ones, short ones, emotional ones, slightly cheesy ones… the lot.

I’ve collected them in notebooks, written them on birthday cards, stuck them to mirrors, scribbled them on packaging, and repeated them to people I love on the days they need it most.

✨ Why Quotes Matter

A quote is like a shortcut to emotion.
In just a few words, it can say something you’ve been trying to explain for weeks.

It’s comfort. It’s truth. It’s recognition.
It makes people go, “Yes. That’s exactly it.”

Makes them feel like you know exactly what they are going through in that moment with just a few words ❤️

And that’s what I want my message card jewellery to do, too.

💛 Jewellery That Says What We Sometimes Can’t

When I first started designing jewellery, I didn’t just want it to be just another piece of jewellery.

 I wanted it to mean something every time the receiver looked at and wears the piece

So I started pairing my favourite quotes — the ones that gave me goosebumps or made me feel seen — with wearable, timeless pieces people could carry with them.

Something they could wear close, open quietly, and feel understood by.

Each piece of Message Card Jewellery includes a short quote or message:

“You are so loved”

“Stronger than you think”

“Everything happens for a reason”

Or sometimes just a cheeky in-joke you know they’ll get

It’s a way to say the thing you wish you could say.
Or a way to say it again — with feeling.

🎁 Quotes Make Better Gifts

I believe the best gifts are the ones that say, “I know you.”

And that’s what quotes do. They tell your person:
“I remember what you said the other day.”
“I see what you’re going through.”
“You’ve got this — and I’ve got you.”

Whether it’s a birthday, a tough time, a celebration, or a "just because,"
a quote + a piece of jewellery = a powerful little moment in a box.
